i traveled to Xian to see the Terracotta warriors, not expecting much.

i found it to be a dull city, and this hotel is no exception.

it is situated in an ugly street where a western will not find much things to be delighted with, but the city center is very close by (we used taxi, but we could have walked).

the hotel itself is very well kept and apart from the cigarette smell in the lobby is was great!
