We really enjoyed staying at Zhongshan and would definitely go there again. However, our first room was great and the second time, our aircon was out of action. We called to have it fixed and got no response. I would have given 5 as the score if it had been dealt with. It would also be a good idea when foreigners stay, to have sugar available in the room. The restaurants were disappointing. The service was marvellous and I especially liked the bell hop (te little cute one!) he was extremely helpful and is a credit to the hotel. We were pretty impressed all round.
