Lovely characterful hotel in ideal position to explore West Lake area. Very kind and helpful staff.
just a lovely laid back hostel, great location and the staff couldn't do enough for you. the rooms were a little bit cold, but then the weather was pretty lousy in hangzhou so that's not that surprising. but all in all, thumbs up!
