It's a very nice hotel and they have nice winter packages, but the food isn't that good for a hotel of this class. I couldn't believe the pool was not heated in the winter. We told the staff our room had mosquitoes but all they could do was apologize instead of solve the problem. On the plus side, there is a pedestrian/bike path right next to the hotel, and it's a half hour walk to downtown or you can rent bikes from the hotel and ride a half hour to the beach, and there is another bike path around the city.
The hotel is fresh and provides great service, the local show is excellent and all the dinning rooms can boast good service and great food. The best value is the afternoon buffet..
