A party of 3 arrived at hotel with confirmation in hand. If we did not have a member that did not speak Chinese we would have been SOL. The reception told us that they had no reservation and there were no rooms. After much arguing they agreed to give us the rooms that we had reserved. The next morning they told us that we had to move to a much smaller room then we had because they had an important group coming and needed the rooms. We moved, spent a total of 3 night for 3 rooms. I have never had this big of a problem in China.

The rooms were nice and will appointed. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would I stay here again - probably not because the front desk was so difficult.
