Would stay here again. Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and large. They had enough leisure and business facilities. The location was pretty far from the tourist spots though (except for the Tai Hu).
Wuxi Xihai Hotel....what a breath of fresh air after coming from the other cities...the staff is great, very helpful. In fact, the bellboy helped us with an incident. My partner lost his backpack on the train which contain among souvenirs his medications (which he needs daily). He took us to the local hospital which was in the neighborhood. I was able to talk to a doctor and able to obtain his needed medications. What a relief! Bonus...the room is large and beautiful and clean. Each room has its own computer so internet access is free. The toilet has the electronic toilet warming seat and bidet. The restaurant in the hotel is big and the food is delicious and inexpensive. Need I say more. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Wuxi again. The front desk is also very helpful, though their english is limited too.
