...is only being written to bring this wonderful tiny and clean hostel into discredit, for whatever reason. I am surprised that Hotelfoo publishes such a comment, particularly when the "traveler" needs to describe his infected pimples and his problems to pee. So far I have seen only positive comments about the hostel, and I have good experiences with Augusters too.

We have many good comment than the bad comment, and you use the bed comment to expend your business, this is the very mean way you do business to pointing others, this way you cannot grow and you cannot show how strong your business is.

I saw my friend's photo of the lodge after they returned in November 2007 and thought we should give it a try a year later since it's one of the cheapest places to stay around town. Sad to say, all 8 of us will never recommend anyone else to stay at the place. The mattress was so thin - we're basically sleeping on wooden plank. The walls are so dirty, we see yellow/ brown stains here and there. Worse still, the pillow casing is yellow in colour and we ended up sleeping on top of our own towels. In fact, my boyfriend got an infection on his chin since he has a small open wound after squeezing out his pimple in the washroom. The next morning, when he got up from his bed, his chin was so swollen, he had to go to the doctor for antibiotics. Not to mention there were guests sleeping IN THE LIVING ROOM! When my friend walked out from his room at 12 midnight to go to the loo, one of the guests were yelling at us to turn off the toilet lights! How can my friend pee in the dark? And, air-conditioned room? Well, with THAT kind of air-cond, it's a wonder any cool air can come out from it! Don't ever stay there! It's not even worth the price of USD20/ head a night!
