Location: absolutely the best.
Staff service: Excellent and very helpful.
Surroundings: Nice and mostly quite.
However - the bed in our room was terribly hard even though the staff tried to help us. If you are looking for non-smoking room it is not that easy to get, since the Chinese men seem to smoke when ever and where ever.
Overall: Good value for money and absolutely worth a nice recommendation

1) I found the He Xi courtyard extremely disappointing. The room was uncomfortable, unclean and the staff reluctant to help with anything.
2) I found the TCG booking service excellent, timely, accurate, responsive.
