Dear Madam,
1. We found our stay at the Dynasty International Hotel in Kunming to be pleasant. We didn't quite make use of the hotel's facility as we had a tight schedule. However, we found the room to be clean and well-kept though we were not quite used to being in the room in the afternoon without air-conditioning. But, we did enjoy the piano performances by a young petite lady in the evening between 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. at the lobby. We also found the breakfast to be satisfactory, and the check-out procedure efficient. The staff at the front desk must be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way for shopping but it served us well for the purpose of our visit.
2. We found your booking services to be excellent. It is prompt and professional. The fact that you are asking for feedback shows that you are serious in your business, and always looking for ways to improve. I can only say, "Keep up the good work!". Thank you.

The hotel is ordinary and there is nothing special. Next time, we would like to try other hotels of Kunming. The location is not very convenient for shopping or sightseeing. Thank you for your booking service. We hope you will help our hotel and flight booking next time.

We stayed at the Dynasty International Hotel several times during the first week of May. Service was always courteous and attentive. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. When I went to the front desk to ask for something to be brought up to my room, the man was at my door waiting for me when I got back upstairs!
For an "International" hotel, it was surprisingly difficult sometimes to find someone who spoke English, but they were always eager to help.
The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked with many delicious things to eat. No complaints there, not even from this westerner.
