Friendly staff, pretty location, beautiful building, good food. I'm glad I chose this place, and I will stay here in my future trips to Hangzhou.
I enjoyed the trip in Hangzhou, as I selected an excellent hostel - good location, clean room, convenient facilities, friendly and helpful staff service. It is a good place for a regular vacation or weekend away, like at my home. I would like to recommend it to my friends. I am going to Hangzhou again in March-April, with my family, and I am sure I will select Tour'An Hostel.
Really nice hostel with great staff ... even had a new years party here. There is a free pool table and internet available.
