good scenic location - not too noisy and is opposite the lake. friendly stuff who would go the way to help. one of the best 'budget' places ive stayed. if i go back hangzhou, this will be in my list.
The toilet in the 1st room is not really in good condition. Also cos our room was just opposite to the reception and it is a bit noisy when people checking out in the early morning (i mean at 5 am ish - really no good lor).
We changed to another room on the 2nd day and it's all fine.
Besides, your staff are really helpful, patient, sincere and nice. They made me feel so warm. My friend and I appreciated that.
