I paid extra RMB50 to upgrade to a room with double and free drinks. Room was really nice and classy. Location was fantastic. Right next to a shopping mall and just round d bend from the west lake. Its in a major shopping district. Bicycle rental is just downstairs if you would want to cycle around d westlake.

Value for money definitely = 5/5
My second visit and it was a real pleasure to stay here again.The staff, especially the reception staff were fantastic.I will never look for another hotel in Hangzhou again and will certainly book this hotel
