My room was large and luxurious. The maid always left to room very clean and a bowl of fresh fruit was always waiting. The room temperature was perfect.
Internet access was simple and effective.
The bathroom was large and comfortable, All fixtures the very familiar American Standard brand.
The staff spoke enough English I could communicate effectively.
The breakfast buffet had virtually anything could have wnated to eat, the staff kept my tea always full.
Areas to improve:
The toilet paper was not (is not) Charmin, and was on the stiff side.
The elevators are slower than I was accustomed.
During the china national holiday, I visited harbin city and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is just located in the busy business district. Transportation is convenient. And the room (we stayed one deluxe room) was spacious and clean. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Only one thing should be noticed. The wall of the room was too thin and we can always hear the noise from the neighborhood. But anyway the reasonable price compensate for the deficiency. I will stay here again if I come back.
