Gloria Plaza is a modern hotel. Very centrally located by the Flood Monument, overlooking the river in central Harbin.
We booked a standard room, and were given a modern room with a window looking into the atrium of the hotel. OK breakfast but rather limited selection.
+ves - Location, Modern, clean
-ve's - Window looking in the atrium made the room feel very overlooked. Also a little noisy.
