I stayed in Zone B (5-star) of the Lotus Villa during the Easter holidays. It is an excellent real 5-star hotel with modern decoration, top-class furniture, exclusive toiletries, luxurious bath towels, etc etc which make sure you are staying in a 5-star hotel.

The buffet breakfast is very good with wide range of choices; egg station and noodle stop are available. The Chinese restaurant is very good too and there are a lot of VIP rooms if you wish to have a private dinner with your friends. Certainly, do expect a normal 5-star price, around RMB 100 per person.

You can enjoy fishing in the Lotus Lake, hiking uphill to the Lotus Peak, golfing at adjacent Lotus Golf Course, massage and KTV in Zone A. There is also a free hotel shuttle service to the Changan downtown. The major drawback is no children facility except a hillside swimming pool.
