I live in Beijing, but I stayed at the Hotel G for a romantic weekend with my fiancee. The hotel staff prepared everything for us ahead of our visit so that there were rose petals at the entry to our room and a chilled bottle of Champagne waiting for us when we arrived.
The service, attention to detail and character here are among Beijing's best. We stayed in one of the "Greater" rooms, where the furniture is elegant and sublimely comfortable and the bath fantastic. The bed with feather comforter and mattress cover was unparalleled, and though we didn't take advantage of this, the room had a full menu of pillow options.
Hotel G is on a small street just off the main entertainment strip in Beijing, but the G's restaurants are also delectable for those who don't want to go out. 25 Degrees on the first floor serves Beijing's best burgers and hosts DJ parties in the late evenings on weekends as well.
When my friends and family come to visit Beijing next time, there is little doubt that I will recommend that they stay here.
We arrived in Beijing on a cold late November morning, the Hotel G experience from the first welcome to our departure ten days later satisfied all our expectations and more.
This well managed, stylish and fabulous hotel, with its large rooms, excellent decor, and excellent service was a treat.
Breakfast included the best croissants I have had in a while, and most definitely try the 25 Degree restaurant signature burger.
As seasoned travelers, we can highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was recently opend and is a kind of boutique hotel, very nice modern design all over. It is situated in a small side road you would not expect to have such a building. Using a taxi is neccessary but the walk to the underground is just 15min.
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. All shampoo etc. is from L'Occitane and gives you a good feeling, the bed is huge and very comfortable, in front of it you have a large LCD TV with all the international programms needed.
The prices for the mini-bar are far to high, but there are littel shops just outside where you can get everything.
The best of all is the breakfast. I had it included in my rate. You get a freshly italian coffe, cappucino or whatever you want and a fresh orange juce, you can choose between chineses, japanese or american breakfast. All is prepared just in time. The perfect start of the day.
The staff is most friendly and helpful to make your stay as easy as possible.
I stayed in hotel G last week with a friend of mine! Both of us where there for business but we quite like to go out after work that’s why we chose Hotel G; because it’s 5 minutes away from Sanlitun where there are all these bars and restaurants. We were very surprised by the chic design of the rooms, very trendy and very cozy at the same time…I don’t know if it’s the case for all the rooms but the Great room was quite big, around 50m2 I would say!!!! Quality vs Design vs Price it’s a great deal ! On top they have all these complimentary items included in the price: Breakfast buffet, Wi-fi in rooms and even soft drinks in the mini bar! Their Bar in the lobby has a great mood; apparently they have a lot of events and promotions since the people that we met there where all local expats and Chinese! In brief, good service, cool and trendy bar and above all great services.
Hotel G is located centrally yet in a tiny quiet street off the main roads. I travel to Beijing for business a lot and was overwhelmed by the quality of service and general love for detail in this glamorous boutique hotel. Amenities and furniture are first class, every single staff member speaks English and lives up to the standards of any Westeren European luxury hotel. I am hoping to return to Hotel G very soon...
I am travelling a lot for my job, and it was a pleasure to stay in Hotel G. Ideally located in Beijing near Sanlitun place.Rooms are beautiful, very stylish and cosy. Perfect for a week-end or for a business trip.
I want to highly recomend this very Stylish new hotel in Beijing. The hotel is very central, although not in a main street is very near one, that makes central but quite. It has a great fresh and moder look and tow great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and so well equiped, I-pod conectors and speakers, electrical blinds to make the room absolutly dark ,or mud changing colors for the room are some of thise gadgets. Also the decor is superb and the bathroom is huge and super Cool very large Philip Star Bathtub is a central piece.
The service is fantastic, something hard to find in China, I want to give my most sincere thank you to adriana she was so much help in a country that been lost in traslation is a fact. She organized restaurant s( do not miss going to Lan) tours (please request Adlyin she was great) and anything we ask her.

I have been travelling to Beijing for the last 5 years, always to different hotels and locations. Hotel G is just the perfect place to stay now, it is the first boutique hotel in town in the middle of the shopping and entreteinment area. I really enjoyed the experience and the service. Very friendly with lots of style. The rooms are very large for a hotel room and the deco is very L.A. The kind of place to come back always....My husband as well loved the gym and the hamburguers in their restaurant, very nice when you don't feel to eat anymore chinese food....
